Dear Almarai/Lusine Team,
Your salesman came to our shop today. However, for the last 3 days he did not come to our shop. Also, he did not inform us earlier that the payment must be made by cash before billing.
Our shop policy is card payment only, and at that time we did not have cash available, so he left without completing the order.
We kindly request you to look into this matter and provide us with a proper update as soon as possible.
