Adeer auctions Wahat Jeddah land for SAR 707.3M

Adeer Real Estate Co. announced the successful marketing and sale of the Wahat Jeddah, land owned by Baitek Real Estate Co., through the public auction held in Jeddah on Sept. 17. The total sale value reached SAR 707.25 million (excluding VAT).

According to Adeer’s statement on Tadawul, the transaction is expected to have a positive financial impact on H2 2025.

Adeer noted that the success of this auction reflects the company’s continued achievements in the marketing of land and real estate assets.
