Al-Falih: Priorities slowing some projects, accelerating others

Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih said it is natural to slow some projects and accelerate others, given unplanned priorities that emerge.

In his speech at the PIF Private Sector Forum in Riyadh, Al-Falih explained that organizing the World Cup is now a reality and that the Kingdom will build several stadiums that will be logistically linked to the quality of life.

"In addition, there is Expo 2030 and everything related to it, as well as the completion of major projects such as King Salman Airport and the expansion of King Khalid Airport, among others," he said.

The minister added that the low feasibility of some projects, such as The Line, necessitates their reconsideration.
