Al Nakhla Investment Wins “Best Landscape Architectural Design” Award 2025 for its Project “Al Sharq Village”

Al Nakhla Investment has achieved another milestone with its project “Al Sharq Village” in Riyadh, winning the Best Landscape Architectural Design Award for 2025 at the prestigious Arabian Property Awards held in Dubai.

The project spans over 167,000 m² and comprises 450 residential units of various sizes. It has been designed with a master plan that balances the authenticity of the Salmani architectural with modern design elements. The project features expansive green areas, gardens, pedestrian and cycling pathways, and a variety of recreational zones. It also incorporates smart irrigation systems and utilizes native plants to promote environmental sustainability in line with the Riyadh Green Initiative.

This recognition underscores the company’s commitment to developing integrated urban environments that enhance quality of life, in alignment with the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030.
