Azizi Developments’ Azizi Grand reaches 67% construction milestone

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced that construction at Azizi Grand in Dubai Sports City has now reached 67%. The 431-unit project remains on track for its Q1 2026 completion.

The structure is now complete, with blockwork at 97% and internal plastering at 95%. Tiling works have reached 29%, while HVAC and MEP installations stand at 67% and 65% respectively. Elevator installations are progressing at 23%, with façade works at 22% and swimming pool development advancing at 15%. External works are now 20% complete, and overall finishes have reached 50%. A total of 662 workers are currently deployed on site to ensure timely delivery, with the project on track for completion in Q1 2026.

Azizi Grand comprises 431 spacious homes with a mix of studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom residences, as well as a fully equipped state-of-the-art gymnasium, two swimming pools, children’s play areas, BBQ areas, and landscaped gardens, among a wide range of other health and convenience-focused amenities.
