Cenomi Centers releases prospectus for SAR 4.5B sukuk issue

Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) issued today, Oct. 9, the prospectus for the issuance of sukuk worth SAR 4.5 billion.

 

The company said, in a Tadawul statement, that under its sukuk program, it may issue sukuk from time to time, while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

The maximum nominal value of all existing sukuk from time to time shall not exceed SAR 4.5 billion, it added.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on Sept. 16, the company’s request to register and publicly offer debt instruments under an issuance program worth up to SAR 4.5 billion.

The amounts so received by the Issuer will be used by it for its general Shariah compliant corporate purposes.

Periodic DistributionsSukukholders are entitled to receive periodic distribution amounts calculated on the basis specified in the Applicable Final Terms. The Applicable Final Terms will specify whether the periodic distribution amounts are determined on the basis of a fixed or floating profit rate.
