Dammam Sports City project worth SAR 1B signed during SIF 2026

A number of agreements were signed on the first day of the Sports Investment Forum 2026 (SIF 2026), including the Dammam Sports City project with a deal between the Sharqia Development Authority (SDA) and Dammam Valley Co.

The Dammam project boasts investment of up to SAR 1 billion.

The SDA also announced, in collaboration with the forum, a lineup of sports events for 2026 in the Dammam metropolitan area, with estimated investments of SAR 15 million.

The agreements also included a deal between the Events Investment Fund and the Saudi Shooting Federation to develop the sport of shooting and support the technical and operational aspects of shooting-related projects implemented by the fund.
