Dubai Courts strengthens its international presence through strategic partnerships and memberships

As part of its ongoing efforts to consolidate its position as a global legal hub, Dubai Courts has expanded its network of international partnerships and memberships, in line with its strategy to engage with global experiences, exchange expertise, and adopt best practices in the development of judicial work. This approach reflects Dubai Courts’ commitment to enhancing cross-border judicial cooperation and fostering international knowledge dialogue, as well as localizing global expertise in innovation, digital transformation, and data intelligence.

 

In this context, Dubai Courts has continued to strengthen its international presence through active participation in conferences and specialized forums affiliated with leading global organizations, including the International Association for Court Administration (IACA), the International Consortium for Court Excellence (ICCE), the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts (SIFoCC), the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ), the World Futures Studies Federation (WFSF), and the Global Innovation Institute (GINI).

 

In terms of memberships, the courts have joined three new international platforms: Riyadh International Disputes Week (RIDW), the National Association for Court Management (NACM), and the Judicial Dispute Resolution Network (JDRN)..

 

These memberships support innovation and digital transformation, enhance procedural efficiency, improve service quality, and strengthen the courts’ readiness for future requirements ultimately accelerating case resolution, increasing customer satisfaction, and reinforcing public trust in the judicial system

 

Dubai Courts has also strengthened its partnership with the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) through a series of meetings that highlighted its key strategic directions and explored leading global practices in innovation and artificial intelligence, while also identifying opportunities for future collaboration.

 

These partnerships have contributed to reinforcing Dubai Courts’ position as an international knowledge platform, through its participation in global conferences and forums, as well as hosting prominent events such as the International Conference for Court Administration 2025, which brought together distinguished experts and judges to discuss the future of judicial administration.

 

Dubai Courts affirms that these efforts are aligned with its vision to build a flexible, future-ready justice system grounded in institutional innovation enhancing performance quality, sustaining excellence, and further strengthening Dubai’s position as a global hub for future justice and a platform for knowledge exchange and partnership building.
