Hamad Bin Saedan awards SAR 19.8M residential project contract

Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Co. awarded the HS Residences 2 residential project in Al Arid district to Abaad Almamar Contracting Co.

The project aims for the construction of 60 residential units, with a total value of SAR 19.78 million (excluding VAT).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said HS Residences 2 is part of its residential project portfolio, spanning 6,030 square meters and featuring modern designs focused on quality, privacy and efficient use of space to meet the needs of different customer segments.

The award was made on Aug. 4, with the contract expected to be signed on Sept. 6.

The company added that there are no related parties involved.
