Keir inks 5-Year exclusive distribution deal for Shenzhen products

Keir International Co. signed on June 9 a five-year exclusive distribution agreement with Shenzhen Action Technologies Co., granting it the rights to distribute and market the latter’s products in Saudi Arabia under the agreed terms and conditions.

In a statement on Tadawul, Keir said the products covered by the agreement include electronic systems, signal-boosting and jamming devices, digital frequencies and telecommunications networks, as well as customized products and solutions developed by Shenzhen Action Technologies based on clients' and project requirements.

Keir expects the agreement to support its revenue growth through the marketing and sale of Action's products in Saudi Arabia.

It said the financial impact would depend on order volumes and actual sales during the contract period and is expected to phase in gradually from late 2026 and continue over the agreement term.

The agreement represents a step toward expanding Keir’s portfolio of advanced technology solutions for government, military, security, and commercial entities in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements.
