Mayar subsidiary inks SAR 26.9M contract with BCC

Mayar Holding Co.’s subsidiary, Fuji Saudi Arabia for Elevators & Escalators Co., signed a contract valued at SAR 26.86 million, excluding VAT, with Building Construction Co. (BCC).

As part of the contract, Fuji will supply and install elevators in the Iwan Sidra project in Riyadh, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The contract period is 11 months, starting from the signing of the contract on April 8, 2026, the approval of the execution drawings, and the receipt of the advance payment, whichever comes later, the statement said.

The signed contract was received on May 4, 2026.

Mayar expects the contract to have a positive impact on its financial results during 2026 and H1 2027.

There are no related parties in the deal.
