Riyadh Air Launches Program to Empower Saudi Aviation Talent

Riyadh Air has launched the “NAWAT Cabin Crew Program” to develop national talent in the aviation sector, supporting its vision to connect the Kingdom to more than 100 global destinations by 2030.
The program aims to attract and train thousands of Saudis as the airline expands its operations, preparing the next generation of cabin crew with the skills needed to represent Riyadh Air and the Kingdom on the global stage.
Designed to provide practical experience and long-term career opportunities in aviation, the program offers multiple pathways for Saudi talent. It also includes the recruitment of Saudi female engineers in aircraft maintenance, alongside specialized scholarship programs in mechanical and avionics engineering.
Riyadh Air invited Saudi men and women aged 21 and above with a passion for hospitality and customer service to apply and join the program.
