ROSHN, Agility sign agreement to develop logistics park in Saudi Arabia

ROSHN Group, a PIF-owned company, announced the signing of heads of terms to establish a joint venture with Agility Logistics Parks to develop a large-scale Grade A integrated logistics hub in Saudi Arabia.

The planned joint venture aims to develop an integrated project spanning between 1 and 1.5 million square meters, located in a strategic area directly connected to one of the Kingdom’s key gateways and situated within a vital national logistics corridor.
 The company noted that the project reflects the group’s continued expansion into promising and new asset classes.
 Through this partnership, ROSHN seeks to leverage Agility’s global expertise in industrial real estate alongside ROSHN’s development capabilities to deliver a high-quality logistics facility.
