Sadr inks SAR 294.3M logistics service contract for Sadr Park

Sadr Logistics Co. signed today, Aug. 20, a warehousing services contract (PL2) with Starlinks for its Sadr Park project. The contract is worth SAR 249.34 million (excluding VAT), the company said in a Tadawul statement.

The contract is for a period of 10 years, starting from September 2025. It covers Starlinks' leasing of Sadr Park, which includes warehouses and cold storage facilities, for the purpose of running and storing client goods.

The company said the financial impact will appear in Q3 2025, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
