SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co. renewed its strategic partnership with Royal Jordanian Airlines through its ground handling division by signing an agreement to continue providing integrated ground handling and air cargo solutions.
In a statement to Tadawul, SAL said the contract has no fixed value, as service fees are paid based on demand and in accordance with the prices set out in the agreement.
Under the agreement, SAL will continue to deliver comprehensive operational services to ensure the smooth operation of Royal Jordanian Airlines in Saudi Arabia.
These services include, among others, cargo ground handling, aircraft loading and unloading and other ramp operations for flights operated.
The agreement aligns with SAL’s strategy to enhance the efficiency and reliability of its services and reflects the continuation of a long-term partnership with a key client.
The deal supports efforts to elevate air cargo operations to the highest quality standards and paves the way for expanding its integrated air cargo services, the statement added.
SAL noted that the agreement is annual and renewable, expecting a positive financial impact on results over its term.
There are no related parties to the deal, the company said.
