The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) announced that the Shipment Tracking service is available to individual importer customers via the ZATCA smart device application, enabling them to track incoming consignments through express transport companies and monitor their customs clearance process within the scope of customs operations.
ZATCA spokesperson Hamoud Al-Harbi said that the service helps facilitate awareness of a shipment’s status at the customs port and allows users to easily and conveniently verify its progress through the customs clearance stages.
Al-Harbi added that for any inquiries regarding ZATCA’s electronic services, contact is available through the unified call center 19993, which operates 24 hours a day throughout the week, the “Ask Zakat, Tax and Customs” account on the X platform @Zatca_Care, email [email protected], or live chat on the authority’s website zatca.gov.sa.
