5.8M barrels currently transported through East-West pipeline: Abdulaziz bin Salman

Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Minister of Energy and Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, said that 5.8 million barrels are currently transported through the East-West Pipeline.

Speaking at the Made in GCC Forum & Exhibition in Bahrain, the Prince said there are clear directives to localize everything related to the energy sector, adding that the lesson learned is to localize everything we need.

The minister added that he is working to integrate the energy, industry, and mining systems, noting that the integration is expected to be completed by the end of November.
