Alkhorayef Water inks SAR 57.3M contract with NWC in Hafer Al-Batin

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed a contract with the National Water Co. (NWC), totaling SAR 57.28 million (excluding VAT).

Under the 36-month contract, AWPT will carry out the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater networks in Hafer Al-Batin, Saudi Arabia, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The company expects the relevant impact to appear during Q1 2026. It noted that there are no related parties involved.

AWPT received a contract copy today, Feb. 19, after being signed by all parties.

The contract award was announced on Dec. 14, 2025, according to data available with Argaam.
