Closure of April 2020 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the April 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 5.550 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:
The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.300 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 2.523 billion, matures in 2027.
The second tranche has a size of SAR 4.250 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 8.238 billion, matures in 2035.
