Naseej Tech awards Elm SAR 4.8 mln contract

Naseej for Technology Co.  awarded on July 20 a SAR 4.77 million worth project (VAT inclusive) to Elm Co. for supplying, indexing and storing information resources in public libraries.

In a statement to Tadawul today, July 24, Naseej Tech pointed out that the project relevant parties were  board member, Fares  Al-Hamid, who has an indirect interest in his capacity as a board member for Elm.

The relevant documents were completed on July 23, the system added, noting that the contract was concluded within the normal course of business, without any preferential benefits.
